Karim Benzema 'ready for £50m Arsenal move'
Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema would seriously consider a move to Arsenal if they make a bid, according to a report. The French international has been heavily linked with a move to the Gunners this summer, but with no formal bid from the North London club, Benzema has pledged his loyalty to Los Merengues. However, the Daily Star quotes a source close to the player as saying that it is up to Arsenal to "fight for Karim with a big offer". The Spanish giants are said to value the former Lyon forward at around £50m.
